In 2010, U.S. citizens adopted approximately 10 children from El Salvador. Children available are boys and girls of all ages, healthy and special needs.

Travel required: Adoptive parents who wish to adopt a particular child who is not related to them must be prepared to reside with the child in El Salvador for at least one year.
